Customer service couldn’t have been any better. They were helpful and replied to my dumb questions persistently with no sign of fatigue, even prior to spending a cent. Shipping was below average but most likely due to covid. As to the pony gains I didn’t expect the chip to take big leaps toward a Ferrari’s performance and astonishingly it still gave more boost than imagined. Didn’t take the vehicle to dyno but I feel aggressive changes across the entire power band. Crisper throttle response indeed!
